What are your ponytails made of?

Our ponytails are made of high-quality synthetic fibers

How do I install my ponytail?

Our ponytails come with a wrap-around strap or drawstring for a secure and easy installation. Simply tie your hair into a bun, wrap the ponytail around, and secure it with the Velcro strap/strap.

Can I use heat on the ponytail?

Yes! Our synthetic ponytails are heat-resistant up to 400°F. Human hair ponytails can be styled with heat like natural hair.

How long do the ponytails last?

With proper care, synthetic ponytails last 4-6 months.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used hair. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes about 2-3 business days

How do I care for my ponytail?

• Use a sulfate-free shampoo.
• Store in a silk bag when not in use.
• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb.
